Curd cream is very easy to prepare. You can use it both for a layer of baking (for example, a chocolate cake with such a layer will be great) or filling eclairs, and for dessert.

It seems to be a dessert (cream) simple, but there are many options for its preparation, and a few secrets to make it as tasty as possible.

Firstly, instead of sugar, we recommend using powdered sugar - with it, the cream is more tender, and sugar grains are not felt. If powdered sugar is not at hand, use sugar. But the cream with sugar needs to be whipped longer, and then leave it for 15 minutes, so that all the grains of sugar are dissolved, and beat again.

Secondly - use fat cottage cheese and fat sour cream, then the cream will not spread.

Thirdly, the taste and color of the cream can be varied with food additives and dyes. You can tint the cream with berry puree - strawberry blueberry and others. Then the taste of the cream will be different.

We figured out the intricacies, let's still consider in detail, so that even beginners understand how to prepare such a cream.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 400 grams;

Fat sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;

Powdered Sugar - 70 grams.

Recipe:

Cooking cream without any additives. Shop or homemade granular cottage cheese must be rubbed through a sieve. You can break the cottage cheese with a hand blender or use a bowl. But as practice shows, grinding cottage cheese is easier (less dirty dishes) and not very long. Almost half a kilo of cottage cheese is frayed in 7-10 minutes. The main thing is a large sieve and a convenient bowl.

Add the powdered sugar to the grated curd. As described above, sugar is also possible. Only the amount of sugar will have to be adjusted on your own, to your taste. Beat the cottage cheese well with a whisk, a fork or a blender.

Now add sour cream and break through the cream for a couple of minutes. The cream should turn out to be smooth in structure, not thick, but also should not flow. Therefore, if you see that the cream is very thick, add more sour cream.

Look at the photo - after the cream has been dispensed through a confectionery syringe, it does not spread, but keeps its shape. You can use it for its intended purpose.
