How is the cake going:

Cooking

1. For the test, pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add the eggs, sour cream and sugar and stir. Combine the flour and the cultivator, mix.

2. Set aside a third of the dough, you can immediately pour it into a mold and put on a bake. Diameter 20 cm. Bring to readiness at 180 degrees.

3. In the rest of the dough we put cocoa, be sure to sift the powder. Stir, send in any form, can be poured onto a baking sheet. Here, the thickness of the cake and the shape do not matter, but it is desirable that the biscuit is at least 1.5 cm. Bake.

4. For cream, combine sour cream with sand, pour vanilla for flavor, beat for a couple of minutes to dissolve the ingredients.

5. The cooled white cake is greased with sour cream, put on a dish for a cake. Give a little soak.

6. Cut the chocolate cake into cubes with equal sides. Dip the slices in sour cream and spread on top of the white cake with a slide.

Cooking

1. Beat eggs and sugar well, the foam should be very lush and white. After that, put sour cream in the dough, pour the flour mixed with cocoa. We extinguish soda and pour on top of the flour. Stir the dough with a spoon.

2. Pour all the dough into a round shape at once. We bake a high cake at 170 degrees. Check the readiness with a toothpick.

3. Cool the biscuit. In the meantime, remove the seeds from the cherries, mix the ingredients of the cream. If there is no powder, then you can take regular sugar. Condensed milk needs a thick one. Otherwise, the cream may leak.

4. At a cold biscuit, cut off the top, turn over and lay the base on a dish. Thick cake is not needed, 0.5-1 cm is enough.

5. The remaining biscuit is cut into 2 cm slices, moistened in a cream and spread on the cake, periodically lay the cherry. It is better to fill the voids with berries and spill cream on top.

6. The finished cake is sent to the refrigerator for a while.

7. Combine the glaze ingredients, warm in a water bath for homogeneity.

• 2 l. cocoa;

Cream:

• 1 can of condensed milk;

• 300 g of oil;

• 250 g sour cream;

• 80 g of dark chocolate.

To sprinkle 3 tablespoons of grated chocolate.

Cooking

1. Mix cocoa powder with flour, pour a cultivator and sift it together. Immediately turn on the oven for 170, let the oven warm up for now.

2. Beat eggs with sugar for at least 12-15 minutes at the highest power of the mixer. Mix with flour, send in a sheet covered with parchment. Bake the cake until ready. Leave to cool for 3-4 hours. It is better to cook a biscuit the day before.

3. Soften the butter, beat with a mixer, add sour cream to it in parts and add the condensed milk. Melt the chocolate for the cream, add to the total mass.

4. Cut thin cake from the biscuit, cut the rest into cubes or break into pieces of arbitrary shape.

5. Wet the biscuit pieces in the cream and put on top of the slide.

6. Lubricate the remnants of the cream with pincher on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate.

"Curly Pinscher" walnut cake made from prepared cakes

To prepare this "Curly Pincher", ready-made biscuit cakes are used. Usually there are 3 pieces per pack. You can take white or chocolate, nuts are perfectly combined with all options.

Ingredients

• 400 g of condensed milk;

• 200 g of walnuts or peanuts;

• 150 g of oil;

• 200 g sour cream;

• vanilla;

• 70 g of chocolate;

• 30 ml cream or sour cream for glaze.

Cooking

1. We leave one cake for the base. If it is more than a dish or want to get a cake higher, then you can attach a plate and cut off all the excess. Waste will also go to the cake. The rest of the cakes are simply cut into squares.

2. Fry the nuts. If peanuts are used, then they need to be crushed and the product from the husk. The cooled kernels are rolled several times with an ordinary rolling pin to make pieces. Immediately set aside a couple of spoons for the top dusting.

3. Mix the butter and sour cream, add the condensed milk, beat together for a couple of minutes, pour vanilla and previously roasted nuts.

Curly Pincher Cake with Pineapples

Prepare the basis for the Curly Pincher Pineapple Cake according to the first or second recipe, which one you like best. But you can use another biscuit at your discretion.

Ingredients

• 600 g sour cream;

• 220 g of powder;

• 1 can of pineapples;

Ingredients

• 300 g of condensed milk;

• 400 g bananas;

• 400 g sour cream;

• 1 chocolate bar;

• biscuit cakes;

• 250 g marshmallows.

Cooking

1. Cut the whole biscuit into large cubes. The basis for this cake is not needed.

2. Marshmallows are also diced, but a little smaller.

3. Peel bananas, cut into arbitrary pieces.

4. Prepare the cream by mixing condensed milk with thick and fat sour cream. No extra sugar is needed.
