Unlike other methods, this one does not require a lot of oil, which means that the dish will not be greasy.

The dish is prepared with different types of meat: pork, poultry, lamb and beef.

In addition to the usual white cabbage, you can stew broccoli, Brussels sprouts or cauliflower.

The meat is washed, then cut into small pieces and lightly fried. Then finely chopped onions are added to it and continue to fry until golden brown.

Cabbage is chopped into thin strips. Cauliflower or broccoli are sorted into inflorescences and pre-boiled.

Ingredients

600 g of cabbage;

1. Wash pork under running water, soak lightly with a towel and cut into oblong slices. Wash the peeled vegetables. Chop the carrot into thin strips. Chop the onion finely.

Ingredients

Ingredients
