Ingredients (based on 2 servings)

1. Chicken breast - 1 half

2. Cream (21%) - 200 grams

3. Onions - 1 onion

4. Carrots - 1 medium

5. Lemon juice - (1/4 part)

6. Salt - 0.5 tsp.

7. Fresh dill

8. Pickled peas - 50 grams

9. Prunes - 50 grams

Cooking

First, most important - we make some preparations.

Since the processes go one by one very quickly, all the ingredients must be ready.

Cut the chicken fillets into long strips.

Finely chop the dill. Pour cream (200 grams) into a deep bowl, add chopped dill, salt everything. Mix gently.

Cooking sauce. In a bowl with cream and dill, squeeze the juice (¼ of fresh lemon). We combine all the ingredients in the bowl, very gently, without whipping, mix. The preparation process is completed.

Cut the onion into medium slices and set it to fry. At this time, grate the carrots on a fine grater. As soon as the onion is slightly browned, pour the grated carrots into the pan to the onion. Stir fry for 10 seconds.

After this time, put the sliced ​​fillet strips in the pan. We fasten the gas burner, set it to the "middle" position.

Fry the fillet on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Pour the cooked sauce (cream, dill, salt, lemon juice) into a pan with meat.

Let it boil and reduce heat to a minimum. Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
