A series of studies has proven that eating ordinary rice can be a very effective remedy for insomnia. The experimental group consisted of more than two thousand people. Volunteers were asked before bedtime to eat a small portion of boiled rice. As a result, study participants stated that falling asleep was easier and faster, and the sleep itself was strong enough. Curiously, but the pasta and bread did not cause a similar result.
