Ways of cooking national Greek salad "Horiatika" quite a lot. In each area, as a rule, practiced its own special recipe. Depending on what ingredients are used in the recipe and technology of preparation, it acquires a peculiar shades of taste. A typical Mediterranean version of this salad involves the use of tomatoes, olives, herbs, spices and olive oil.

Rhodes is popular non-acute version of "Horiatric", which are added to the croutons. It is crisp crackers that add savory shades to this, in general, the most ordinary Greek salad, the cooking process of which cannot be called laborious.

They are mixed immediately before ingestion. The products used to create Greek delicacies are completely ordinary. In any season, you can easily buy them at any supermarket or grocery store.

Put three lettuce leaves on a flat dish so that they cover the whole of its central part.

We spread the slices of tomatoes according to the diameter of the dish in the form of a bagel, leaving the central part free.

In the center of the future salad pour a pile of croutons.

Crackers are covered with straws of Bulgarian pepper.

We crush the formed hill with finely chopped dill and irrigate it with olive oil.

At the very top of the vegetable hill, inside which are hidden crackers, put the slices of soft cheese.

Sprinkle cheese with dried basil and paprika.
