Chicken and dishes from it are perhaps the most common product in the kitchen, probably of any hostess. And this is not surprising: chicken meat is nutritious, but not very fat, it is easily digested. This product can be bought at almost any store, in addition, chicken is much cheaper than pork or beef.

Chicken dishes are found in cuisines of different countries and cultures, because it goes well with any vegetables, sauces and side dishes. I propose to cook chicken, giving it a slight Asian touch. We will use soy sauce in this dish. The proposed recipe is quite simple - even a child can cope with it, and the taste and aroma of the dish are very rich and will appeal to both children and adults.

Ingredients:

Chicken thighs - 4 pcs.;

Soy sauce - 50 ml .;

Water - 100 ml;

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Let's start by preparing the meat. Wash the chicken thighs, dry them with a paper towel and remove the skin from them and remove excess fat. We don’t need it in this dish, but do not rush to throw it away: you can add chicken skin to the mincemeat when you cook the meatballs.

A well-heated pan is lightly greased with vegetable oil - corn, sunflower or olive.

Pour the chicken meat with soy sauce diluted in water. There should not be much water in the pan; we fry meat, not stew. It is better to add soy sauce as needed.

We simmer the chicken under the lid over medium heat for 20 minutes, periodically turning over so that the thighs are cooked evenly on both sides. It is not necessary to add salt to the dish - this is a task for soy sauce, which will prevent the chicken from being fresh. If you want a truly Asian taste, 5 minutes before a cooking messenger, you can add a teaspoon of honey and chili ketchup to the pan. Let the meat from all sides be covered with this sauce.

Serve chicken thighs with fresh vegetables or any side dish you choose. To make the dish look festive elegant, sprinkle them with sesame seeds before serving.
