Recipe 1. Minced meat nests with an egg in the oven

Ingredients

600 g of pork;

70 g of hard cheese;

1 onion head;

4 chicken eggs;

2 slices of white bread;

5 g of salt;

3 g freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking method

Wash, dry and strip the pork from veins and films. Cut the meat into small slices. Peel the onion head and cut into four parts. Twist the pork and onion in a meat grinder.

In the minced pork, beat the egg, season everything with salt and pepper. Mix well. Soak slices of white bread in water, then squeeze and crush in minced meat with your hands. Knead, beating well on a bowl until the mass becomes plastic and homogeneous.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Divide the minced meat into three equal parts and form round cutlets. Put them on the deco and make a small indentation in the center.

Put the baking sheet for 20 minutes in the oven, preheating it to 180 C. In each cavity, beat an egg and send it back into the oven for five minutes. Sprinkle the nests with grated cheese and leave in the oven until it is covered with a delicious crust. Serve with a side dish or fresh vegetables.

Recipe 2. Nests of their minced meat with an egg in the oven with greens and cheese

Ingredients

half a kilogram of minced meat;

spices;

80 ml of kefir;

salt;

five quail eggs;

60 ml of oil grows .;

onion;

five slices of white stale bread;

50 g of cheese;

fresh greens.

Cooking method

Peel the onion and crumble it finely. Brown the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Rinse and chop finely. Pour slices of white bread with boiled water and leave to soak. Then squeeze and twist in a meat grinder. Add the minced meat, fried onions, bread and herbs. Salt, season with spices and knead thoroughly with your hands, gently beating on a bowl. Pour kefir into the minced meat and stir again.

Lubricate the deep form with oil using a silicone brush. Divide the minced meat into five equal parts. Roll each into a ball and put into a mold. With a teaspoon, make indentations, leaving rather thick sides. Coat the cheese coarsely and distribute evenly into the recesses.

Turn on the oven at 180 C. In each cavity, beat a quail egg. Place the mold in the oven and bake for forty minutes. Serve with vegetable salad or pickled vegetables.

Recipe 3. Minced nest with egg in the oven with oatmeal

Ingredients

half a kilogram of minced meat;

150 ml of kefir;

60 g of hard cheese;

two cloves of garlic;

freshly ground black pepper;

four quail eggs;

salt;

100 g of oatmeal finely ground.

Cooking method

To prepare the base, use mixed minced meat. Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder, put it in a bowl and fill it with slightly warmed kefir. Mix and leave for half an hour so that the oatmeal is swollen.

Combine oatmeal with minced meat. We clean, rinse and finely chop the onion. We send oatmeal and minced meat to the mixture. Here we also pass garlic through a press. Salt and season with spices. Knead everything with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Oil the baking sheet. Divide the mass for the base into identical parts, roll it into a ball and put it on a baking sheet. We make a recess in the center. Three large cheese. We distribute it among the "nests". Drive one quail egg on top.

We send the baking sheet for forty minutes into the oven preheated to 180 C. Serve the dish hot.

Recipe 4. Minced meat nests with egg in the oven with potatoes

Ingredients

½ kg of minced chicken;

5 g of table salt;

stack wheat flour;

parsley greens;

a pound of mashed potato;

Cooking method

We start by preparing the basics. Spread minced chicken in a deep cup. Add the flour and drive in the egg. Season with Provencal herbs and lightly salt. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly with your hands.

Ingredients

600 g of minced meat;

spices;

large chicken egg;

salt;

100 g of stale loaf;

50 ml of vegetable refined oil;

200 g of mushrooms;

80 g sour cream;

100 g onions;

70 g of Dutch cheese.

Cooking method

We clean forest mushrooms, thoroughly rinse off dirt and sand. Cut into small pieces and boil in slightly salted water. We recline in a colander and cool.

We clean the onion head, rinse and finely chop. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Add the boiled mushrooms and fry all together, stirring with a spatula, for about seven minutes. Now add the sour cream, mix and remove the pan from the heat.

Drive eggs into minced meat. Season it with spices and salt. Slices of white bread soaked in warm water. Squeeze it and add to the stuffing. Knead everything thoroughly, slightly beating, until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. From minced meat we make large round billets and put them on a baking sheet. In each we make a recess with a spoon or glass.

In each recess lay out the mushroom filling. We send the pan for half an hour into the oven, after preheating it to 180 degrees. Sprinkle each "nest" with cheese and send again for seven minutes in the oven. We serve a dish with a salad of fresh vegetables or a side dish.

Recipe 6. Nests of minced meat with an egg in the oven with juicy toppings

Ingredients

800 g of pork;

salt;

two onions;

seasonings for meat;

Russian cheese - 200 g;

breadcrumbs - 150 g.

Filling:

three fresh tomatoes;

oil grows .;

parsley greens;

table salt;

sour cream - 30 g;

cheese - 100 g.

Cooking method

Wash the pork tenderloin under running water, pat dry with napkins, strip away any excess and cut into slices. Peel, rinse and chop coarsely. Twist the meat with onions in a meat grinder. Add the breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Grate the cheese finely and send to the rest of the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, lightly salting them. Insert the beaten eggs into the minced meat and stir. Grease a baking sheet with oil using a silicone brush. Divide the meat mass into equal parts. From each form a round "nest". Place them on a baking sheet.

Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a towel and chop in small pieces. Cheese coarsely. Rinse greens, dry and finely crush. Put everything in a deep plate. Add sour cream, salt and stir.

Put the filling in each recess. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of foil and bake for half an hour. Then remove the foil and soak in the oven for another ten minutes.

Minced meat must be beaten on a bowl to make it plastic.

Starch, flour, or eggs can be used as a binder for minced meat.

For juiciness, you can add sour cream or mayonnaise to the filling.
