• sour cream, fat content not lower than 20% - 100 g .;

1. Cut the peeled turnip into small slices, dip in boiling water. From the moment of boiling, cook over medium heat until soft. We express water, we soften the vegetable interrupted by a blender to the state of mashed potatoes.

2. Cook thick porridge from semolina - heat milk with intense heat, add honey and slightly salt. As it warms up, mix thoroughly to dissolve the honey completely. As soon as the first signs of boiling appear, intensively stirring the milk in a circle, quickly, but gradually pour in the semolina. After boiling for about a minute, turn it off, stir in the oil. 1. Wash turnips with water and remove the peel with a thin layer. Cut into small slices, add in a small amount of water, until softened. Without draining the broth, we interrupt everything with a mashed blender.
