Easy-made cakes - general principles

Light desserts are usually based on cakes without baking. They are made from cookies, gingerbread, corn sticks, marshmallows and other finished confectionery. Often use dairy products and gelatin, different fruits and berries, sweets, chocolate.

Creams for such cakes are prepared according to general rules: they mix the ingredients, beat, fill with different tastes. It is also based on dairy products, butter, chocolate. Vanilla, nuts, coconut flakes can be added to them.

Cookies and Condensed Milk Cake

For this instant cake, you can use thick white condensed milk or boiled. Cookies are better to use square or rectangular cookies, from which you can lay out even layers without gaps.

Ingredients

• 500 g of cookies;

• oil 250 grams;

• 350 g of condensed milk.

Cooking

1. We soften the oil by removing it from the refrigerator in advance to the room. Then we shift into a bowl, immerse the mixer, whisk first just like that, then gradually add condensed milk.

2. Optionally, you can add additional ingredients to the cream: vanilla, cocoa, pieces of chocolate.

3. Divide the cookies into 3 parts, put the first layer and grease. Next, we do the same.

4. Grease the cake on top, you can sprinkle with nuts, cocoa, coconut, or the same crushed cookies. Leave for a couple of hours for impregnation.

Light Marshmallow and Fruit Cake

A recipe for a delicious dessert. The cake is very sweet, therefore, to dilute the taste, it is better to use dense kiwi fruits, they are sour. Marshmallows need the most ordinary vanilla without filling and glaze.

Ingredients

• 3 kiwi;

• 350 g marshmallows;

• 3 kiwi;

• 300 g of thick sour cream;

• Vanilla;

• 1 tablespoon of sugar;

• 50 g of chocolate;

• 15 g of oil.

Cooking

1. Cut each marshmallow into two parts to make plates. We lay the convex tops to the side, they will go for the top of the cake. So that the marshmallow does not stick to the knife, the blade can be moistened with cold water.

2. Peel the kiwi, cut into slices.

3. Bananas should also be peeled and cut. Instead of these fruits, you can use strawberries, peaches or plums, some other apples or fruits, but they should be soft and tender, that is, apples or pears will no longer work.

4. For cream, you just need to mix sour cream with a spoonful of powder, you can season with vanilla.

5. Put flat marshmallows on a flat dish, spread kiwi on top, grease with sour cream.

6. On the kiwi again lay out the marshmallow plates, arrange the bananas. We coat this layer with cream.

7. Next, lay out the convex parts, try to spread the pieces of fruit between them. We place all the bananas and kiwi. Spill the rest of the sour cream.

8. The remaining curly marshmallows spread on top.

9. Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl, put in the microwave, hold for 15 seconds, then stir and set again, melt the icing, stir.

10. Spoon the cake over the top, draw a net or just a strip. Leave for half an hour and you can eat! It is undesirable to store such a dessert for more than 8 hours, as pieces of fruit will let juice in.

Easy-made cake "Curd" with cookies

Another version of an easy-to-bake cake. Cookies are also used in this recipe, but the dessert is enriched with a healthy product - cottage cheese. Cookies are used as square baked milk.

Ingredients

• 24 cookies;

• 5 spoons of sour cream;

• 500 g of cottage cheese;

• 0.5 cans of condensed milk;

• 0.5 packs of softened oil;

• 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar .;

• 0.5 chocolates.

Cooking

1. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl and rub it thoroughly. You can use a blender. If the product is dry, it is recommended to wipe it through a sieve.

2. Separately, mix the icing sugar with sour cream, add softened butter. So that the fat is not caught in pieces, the products must have the same temperature.

3. We spread sour cream with butter to the cottage cheese, stir. We look at the consistency. Gradually introduce condensed milk. If it is liquid, you can add a little less, the cream should be thick.

4. We spread 8 cookies, grease with cream, the third part should go. We collect the whole dessert in this way.

5. Rub the chocolate with small chips, sprinkle the cake on top. Or we use any other products, decorative crumbs for decoration.

6. Send a light and quick dessert to the cold, so that it grows stronger, soaks and becomes softer.

Easy-cooking cake "Anthill" from corn sticks

The recipe for a stunningly simple easy-to-cook cake that cooks very quickly turns out to be delicious and original. The dessert is based on corn sticks. Better if they are small.

Ingredients

• 200 g butterscotch;

• 150 g of sticks of corn;

• 150 g of oil;

• 40 g of nuts (any);

• 50 g of chocolate.

Cooking

1. Toffee free from labels. You can use weighted iris for this recipe, too, everything will turn out fine.

2. In a saucepan melt the butter, but not all. Approximately one tablespoon is left for glaze.

3. Pour the prepared toffee in melted butter, mix, over low heat bring the sweet mass to homogeneity.

4. Pour corn sticks into a large bowl in which it will be convenient to stir.

5. Pour the melted mass and quickly stir. It is best to use a spatula for this.

6. Immediately shift the sweet mass to a plate or any dish, give the form of an anthill, or rather, do nothing at all, just lay it down.

7. Cut the nuts, fry them for a minute in a pan.

8. Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath, pour the anthill on top, sprinkle with nuts. Instead, you can use seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds.

Ready-made cake cake

You will need ready-made biscuit cakes, which are usually sold in 3 pieces per pack. Since they are not particularly tasteful and dry enough, they need to be properly ennobled. Instead of bananas, you can take strawberries, kiwi or any other filling.

Ingredients

• 3 cakes;

• a can of condensed milk;

• 250 g of oil;

• 250 g sour cream;

• 300 g bananas;

• 120 g of sugar;

• 150 ml of water.

Cooking

1. Start cooking with syrup. Since it needs to be cooled. Boil water with sugar, cool. You can replace any sweet compote or tea, it will be even easier. For flavor, throw vanilla in the impregnation or pour a spoonful of cognac.

2. Cut the bananas into slices, or do the same with other fruits.

3. Beat the butter with a mixer until it becomes light and lush, begin to add sour cream, which must be certainly thick, then add condensed milk.

4. Put the cakes on the dish, pour the third part of the syrup, grease with the prepared cream and distribute half of the fruit over it.

5. Similarly, you need to soak the second cake, grease, put the remaining bananas on top.

6. The last biscuit is simply spilled with syrup and spread with cream, treat the sides. For decoration, you can use chocolate chips or coconut.

Fish Cracker Easy Cake

A variant of a delicious, delicate cake, which is based on a cracker of fish. We use cookies with a neutral taste, salted fish will not work. For laying out the cake, it is best to use a silicone mold.

Ingredients

• 300 g of fish;

• 100 g of oil;

• 300 g of cottage cheese;

• 2 cups of yogurt;

• condensed milk to taste.

Cooking

1. Rub the cottage cheese with yogurt, you can choose any taste, add soft butter to the mass. Bring to homogeneity. Pour the condensed milk so that the cream is sweet and flowing.

2. Mix cracker with cooked curd cream.

3. We shift the resulting mass into a mold, tamp well, so that voids do not form.

4. Send dessert to the refrigerator for 3 hours.

5. Turn the cake on a plate, remove the form. We decorate with any products at our discretion.

Easy-made cake "Jelly" from cottage cheese with sour cream

The recipe is not only easy, but also incredibly tasty and very healthy cake. You can take cottage cheese and sour cream of any fat content, and excellent diet desserts are obtained on the basis of this recipe.

Ingredients

• 500 g of cottage cheese;

• 500 g sour cream;

• 30 g of gelatin;

• 400 g of strawberries (or other berries, fruits);

• a glass of sugar;

• 120 ml of water.

Cooking

1. We start by soaking the gelatin with water at room temperature, since it needs to stand, swell. Time is indicated on the package.

2. While the gelatin is blooming, rinse the strawberries, remove the tails, leave the berries to dry.

3. Cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar just beat until smooth. You can add vanilla, pieces of chocolate, coconut.

4. Melt gelatin so that it becomes liquid, but do not overheat. Mix with cottage cheese.

5. Add strawberries, mix gently.

6. Pour the future cake in a silicone mold or in a regular bowl, covered with a film. Leave for 5 hours in the refrigerator. After complete solidification, you need to turn the bowl over and the torus is ready!

Easy-made cakes - tips and tricks

• To fix the cake in the center of the dish, and it did not move to the side, you need to grease the dish with a thin layer of cream in the central part. If the dessert is made from cookies, then it is better to put a drop on each piece before placing it on a plate.

• Chocolate for glaze will not melt if at least a drop of water gets into it. Dishes should be dry and clean.
