Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of celery;
- 700 grams of beans;
- 2 stalks of leeks;

- 2 liters of water;
- 30 grams of butter;
- 150 grams of white bread;
- salt.
Cooking method
Beans must be filled with water, add carrots, celery and leeks. Ready vegetables should be wiped with a sieve (do not forget to add the broth) and diluted with broth. Whip the warm cream with the egg until smooth, gradually add to the soup and add the butter.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of celery;
- 1 egg yolk;

Cooking method
Cut celery, place in a container with broth, cook for half an hour. Thinly chop the breast, fry in vegetable oil until a crisp effect appears, get wet (use paper towels) so that there is no excess fat.
Make mashed potatoes (using a blender), boil, add black ground pepper, salt and cream.

Ingredients:
- 4 petiole celery;
- 400 grams of white sea fish (fillet);

- 1 onion;
- 1 liter of 200 milliliters of water;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- greens (2 branches of parsley, celery, cilantro);
- salt;
- pepper.
Cooking method
To prepare the fish broth: place slices of white sea fish fillet (portioned) in 1.2 liters of water and boil for 7 minutes (remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon in time).
Gently put the fish on a plate, strain the broth.
Cut celery into thin slices, onions into half rings, carrots into strips, chop greens.
Fry onions, celery and carrots, add dressing to fish stock, add black pepper and salt, cook for 7 minutes. Put slices of previously set aside boiled fish and cook for a few more minutes.
After the soup is ready, let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid.
