Fried eggs - the basic principles of preparation

The second method involves turning over. After the fried egg is fried, it is gently poked with a spatula, turned over and cooked for several seconds. Then turn over again. When cooking in the second way, do not cover the pan.

You can cook fried eggs with fried eggs not only in a frying pan, but also in the oven, slow cooker or microwave.

An ideal fried egg has a soft protein, crispy, toasted edge and a tender, liquid yolk.

Recipe 1. Fried eggs in a pan

Ingredients

1. Place the frying pan on medium heat and heat it well. Put a piece of butter and wait until it melts.

2. The eggs are gently broken into a small bowl. We do this very carefully so that the yolk remains intact.

3. Pour the eggs into the pan, slightly raise the handle, distributing the protein over the entire surface. Salt and cover.

4. Cook the fried eggs for a couple of minutes. As soon as a white film forms on the yolk, immediately remove from heat and open the lid. We shift the eggs to a plate or toast, decorate with herbs and serve.

Recipe 2. Fried eggs in peppers with cheese and ham in the oven

Ingredients

  • two large pods of bell pepper;

  • table salt;

  • three eggs;

  • a piece of butter;

  • 60 g of cheese;

  • 12 g smoked ham;

  • 15 g of boiled ham.

Cooking method

1. Immediately turn on the oven for 200 C. Rinse the pepper, wipe and cut in half. Remove the stalk, clean out the seeds and partitions. Put the three halves in a deep shape, cut up.

2. Chop the cheese into large chips. Put some cheese in peppers.

  • olive oil;

  • three cherry tomatoes;

  • freshly ground pepper;

  • five quail eggs;

  • table salt;

  • 30 g of frozen spinach.

Cooking method

1. Heat the pan with olive oil over medium heat. Spinach, not defrosting, spread in a frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes.

2. Quail eggs are very carefully driven into the bowl. Gently pour them into the pan. We distribute the protein over the entire surface, turning the pan from side to side.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of olive oil;

  • 50 g of porcini mushrooms.

Cooking method

1. Porcini mushrooms peel, wash and crumble in small pieces.

2. Grind the ham into thin slices, cutting off the skin from it.

Recipe 8. Fried eggs with dried tomatoes and asparagus

Ingredients

  • ten sticks of asparagus;

  • salt;

  • six sun-dried tomatoes;

  • freshly ground pepper;

  • two eggs;

  • clove of garlic;

  • sweet pepper pod;

  • blue onion.

Cooking method

1. Remove the stem from the sweet pepper pod, clean the septum and seeds. Chop the vegetable into small pieces.

2. Peel the onion from the husk and crumble it into thin quarter rings.

Ingredients

  • six slices of toast bread;

  • table salt;

  • six eggs;

  • 30 g butter;

  • freshly ground black pepper;

  • 50 g smoked sausage.

Cooking method

1. Lightly roll each slice of toast bread with a rolling pin. Trim the crusts and oil the crumb.
