• Quickly, easily and with minimal losses, you can remove the skin from the zucchini using a regular peeler for potatoes and carrots.

• If there is vinegar or lemon in the caviar, then do not add them at the very beginning of cooking, since acid will slow down the process and vegetables will remain stiff for a long time.
